Fernando "Freddy" Martinez Jr.

fernando martinez jr.
Fernando “Freddy” Martinez Jr. was called home to be with the Lord on August 18, 2021. Fernando was born on July 6th, 1977, to Delfina and Fernando Martinez Sr. in San Antonio, TX. Along with his parents, Fernando is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Grace Martinez; his children; Denise Grace Martinez, and Fernando Martinez III; and his sisters, Sarah Martinez, and Rose Elizabeth Pereida. Freddy found joy in simple activities such as playing pool with friends and family and fishing at the coast. One of his greatest joys was found in bringing laughter and smiles to those around him. He was a hard-working man who never settled for less when it came to providing for his wife and children. Freddy was a dependable and caring man who never hesitated when it came to helping one of his loved ones. Although many of us will miss the amazing man that has been brought into our lives, we gain peace knowing his love and knowledge for the Lord has been passed on and will remain in our hearts.
