Joaquin O. Flores

On the evening of August 29, 2021 Joaquin O Flores heard the voice of his Lord and Savior calling him to eternal rest at 8:00pm. After battling with Renal, Diabetes, and hypertension over the course of 20 years, he took his last breath on earth to awaken in presence of God, whom he devoted his life for the last 31 years. The promises of God he believed by faith are now a joyful reality. Joaquin O. Flores was born June 6, 1959 in Las Esperanzas Coahuila, MX. to Petra and Joaquin Flores. He is survived by his loving wife Norma Flores; children, Glenda Vazquez (Gabriel), Joaquin Flores Jr.(Jeannette), Marissa Flores, Leticia Macias (Job), Monica Flores, Javier Flores; grandchildren, Sophia, Emma, Gabriel, Abigail, Samantha, Joseph, Ariana, Emory, Jiselle , Job II., and Penelope. He is also survived by two brothers and two sisters, Oscar Flores, Marcial Garza, Olivia Rios, and Juanita Castillo, along with numerous other loving relatives and friends all who miss him dearly. Joaquin came to the knowledge of the gospel and surrendered his heart and life to the Lord Jesus Christ in 1990. He was a member of his loving church Templo Puerta La Hermosa for 31 years. Joaquin will be remembered for his dedication to God and his family. He was a member of Templo Puerta La Hermosa since 1990. Joaquin enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren; they were his world. His Family, Church Family and all those whose life he has touched are saddened by this separation, but are strengthened in the knowledge that he now walks on streets of Gold and has seen the Savior who he faithfully served until his death. He leaves a great void in our hearts and life, but his legacy will continue to bear fruit for years to come.
