Jacob Anthony Salazar

Jacob Anthony Salazar transitioned to join his brother, Abel Salazar lll, in Heaven September 8, 2021. He was born August 18, 2000 in San Antonio, Texas to Abel Salazar II and Gloria Gonzales. Jacob Anthony was unapologetically his own self. He would encourage those around him to be their own self too and not care what anyone thought. Jacob was the protector of his family, he aspired to make everyone feel taken care of and comfortable around him. Spending time with his family was what he loved most, especially with his cousins. That’s when he felt the strongest. His passing has left an everlasting pain in the hearts of his family, but although they mourn his loss, knowing Jacob saved 16 lives brings them some comfort. Jacob will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Left to cherish his memory is his son, Jayce Anthony Salazar; mother, Gloria Gonzales, father, Abel Salazar II; sisters, Erica Carreon (Joshua Longoria), Sabrina Santos (Joseph Walker), Gabriella Bernabei (Jalal); his “reyna” and girlfriend, Danea Fresco; niece and nephews, Aaliyah Walker, Joseph Walker Jr. and Noel Longoria; his son’s mother and parenting partner, Ariel Rose Escobedo; aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.

I was so blessed to have met mijo years ago.. his mesmerizing smile that lighted up any room… quiet but yet so loving, and respectful..but God needed his angel back home. You are forever in our hearts mijo 😢😢
