  1. Granny, I will forever cherish the days of spending time with you, and the love you shared upon everyone around you. I will never forget you being there for the birth of your 3rd great-grandchild, and my first born Sa’Nya. You told me everything will be ok, and to continue to pray, and breath. You will forever be missed. Rest in Peace. Love -RoseBrittney

  2. It’s been three days since sitting in the room, holding your hand as you took your last of breaths four hours before your passing. I’m numb most moments and filled with sadness in others. I trust the Universe and all of its plans for you; grateful to have shared so many times together filled with laughter. I’m going to return to share more thoughts on an easier day…until then I say ‘I love you Mommy’, and I’m so thankful the highest of feminine power chose you to be my Mother, and my children’s’ Grandmother. Love into forever, DeAnna ‘Dee’, ‘Dee Dee’, Shields
