Emma M. Castanon

Emma M. Castanon was born in San Antonio, Texas on May 30, 1954 to Marcelino Martinez Sr. and Angelina Cedillo. She passed on to return to the Lord the morning of December 2, 2021 at the age of 67. Emma was a very loving, dedicated, and patient mother and grandmother. She always maintained her family and their needs. She was often considered the backbone of the family, making sure nobody was left out or left behind. She will be missed for her great cooking, especially her menudo. Emma loved to spend time with her loved ones, often dancing and joking. Emma also enjoyed playing dolls with her great granddaughter. She will be missed dearly by all that had the opportunity of knowing her. She leaves behind to cherish her memory with Daughter Eloisa Gonzalez, sons Carlos and Mario Gonzalez with his wife Victoria Gonzalez, granddaughters Sandra Gonzalez and Savannah Hernandez, and great-granddaughter Serenai, soon to be born great grandson D’Marion
