Our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Estella Maciel, affectionately known as “Stella,” went to be with the Lord on January 26, 2022 at the age of 70. She was born to Estanislao Martinez and Timotea Medina on September 16, 1951.
Stella was the most loving and sweetest person you would ever meet. Her family was her heart and her grandchildren were her greatest joy. She enjoyed dancing, and always looked forward to good breakfast and her morning coffee. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her dearly.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Juan Maciel Sr., son: Juan Maciel Jr., and sister: Anita Garcia.
She leaves in her memory, her loving children: Alexander Maciel (Yvonne), Christine Cahorshak (Michael), and Daniel Maciel; grandchildren: Juan Maciel III; Xavier Bonilla, Aaron Jackson; Jonathan Maciel; Alexander Maciel Jr., Mercedes Cahorshak; and Christopher Cahorshak; sisters: Gloria Torres, Janie Guajardo, and Marylou De La Garza; brothers: Stanley Martinez, Antonio Martinez, Joe Martinez; and numerous close relatives and friends.
