Born in: Annapolis, Maryland
Resided in: Schertz, Texas

Audrey Elizabeth Quenstedt, born December 12, 1933, in Annapolis, Maryland, to beloved parents Harry and Elizabeth Miller, peacefully entered the Kingdom of Heaven on the evening of October 29, 2024, at the age of ninety. She leaves behind a loving family to cherish her memory: her children, Craig Quenstedt (Susan), Bruce Quenstedt (Yvonne) , and Sandra Durieux (Phillip), her grandchildren Adrienne, Alexandra, Grant, Scott, and Erin; her great-grandchildren Elizabeth, Pete, Colton, Jack, Scarlett, and Henry; and her nieces Theresa and Gretchen.

A devoted mother, grandmother, and friend, Audrey lived a life filled with love and faith. From a young age, she embraced Christ as her Lord and Savior, allowing her faith to deepen and guide her throughout her life. Known for her golden heart and resilient spirit, Audrey brought warmth and kindness to all who knew her. She was a proud lifelong member of Beta Sigma Phi and, in 1951, was honored as Ms. Annapolis and Runner-Up for Ms. Maryland.

Audrey found joy near the ocean, relishing time spent by the shore. She was passionate about travel, fishing, sewing, and quilting, and enjoyed the theater, orchestra, and cherished gatherings with her family—especially her grandchildren, who were a great source of pride and happiness for her.

In Heaven, she joins her parents, her beloved husband of 40 years, Calvin, and her cherished pets, Tatty and Missy.

A memorial service will be held on November 23 at 11 a.m. at Universal City Methodist Church on North Boulevard. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.

Audrey’s legacy of love and strength will be treasured by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Her presence will be dearly missed, and her memory held close.
