Pearl E. Dessusie-Sylvester

 On Wednesday November 13,2024 Pearl Elizabeth Dessusie-Sylvester entered internal life.

Pearl was born to the union of the late Calvin and Laura Mae Dessusie on April 19, 1956 in New Orleans, Louisiana. She departed life in San Antonio, Texas where she resided since Hurricane Katrina in 2005.  

Pearl Elizabeth Dessusie-Sylvester was a beautiful, loving, faithful person. She enjoyed her oldies but goodies, cooking for the holidays, watching the Hallmark channel & petty TV.

She was preceded in death by her sister Cordia Dessusie-Bienemy.

She leaves to cherish her memories, a devoted husband, Kevin Sylvester Sr., children: Floyd Brown III (Tori), Kelvin L. Dessusie, Kimberly Dessusie-Greenwood (Verdel III) and Elaine E. Dessusie; eight grandsons, five granddaughters & eight great-great grandchildren; her brother: Lionel Harvey Sr., and sister: Patricia Ann Kirts, and a host of family & friends. We cannot forget about her fur babies: Missy, Blessing, & Chole.
