Casey Camacho, a loving son, devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, son-in-law and brother-in-law, was taken from this world far too soon on January 26, 2026. He was born on October 29, 1985, in San Antonio, Texas, and spent his life bringing joy, laughter, and warmth to everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Casey accepted Christ at a young age and remained a faithful follower throughout his life. Known affectionately as a “big teddy bear,” he had a heart of gold and a spirit that radiated kindness. Casey never met a stranger—his welcoming smile, contagious laughter, and great sense of humor drew people to him instantly. He had an unwavering happiness about him that left a lasting impression on all who crossed his path.
Casey found his greatest joy in being surrounded by family. He loved barbecuing, partying, working on his truck, and making memories with those he loved most. His presence could light up any gathering, and his absence leaves a profound void in the hearts of many.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Hortencia A. Camacho, Vicente Camacho, Geronimo Rodriguez, and Leonor Rodriguez.
Casey is survived by his loving wife, Leslie Losoya; his cherished daughters, Jessalyn Camacho(Kenyon McClure), Nayleen Camacho, and Lacey Mae Camacho; his parents, Fred and Leonor Camacho; granddaughter, Ah’lani McClure; brother, Chris Camacho (wife, Lisa); his sister, Courtney Camacho (Charles Martin); and his brothers- and sisters-in-law, Ernest and Jason Rodriguez-Losoya, Dustin and Trina Losoya, and Brittany Perrill. He also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and countless friends who will forever carry his memory in their hearts.
Casey’s life, though far too short, was filled with love, laughter, and unwavering faith. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered always.
