Mary Hope Cisneros

Mary Hope Cisneros, age 80, of Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away peacefully on May 22, 2026, surrounded by her 
loving family. 

Born on September 6, 1945, in Corpus Christi, Texas, she was the cherished daughter of Sally Gonzalez 
and grew up and graduated in Corpus Christi before a long career spanning many years and many hospitals in 
the Houston Medical Center while raising a family as a single mother. 
Throughout her 80 years, she lived her life as an independent and remarkable woman. 

She is survived by her three children, Moses, Christina, and Marcy. 
Later she found joy in her grandchildren, Victoria, Carlos, Nicholas, Diego, Marcos, Armando, Dorian, 
Daniel, Ryan, Tabitha, and Avery. Always ready with warm hugs and sound advise.
She was an avid gardener and worked many hours to support her family. Known for her impeccable sense of 
humor and serious consult, she treated everyone like her best friend. 
Her memory is a blessing, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
