Carmen Long

Carmen Yolanda (Aranda) Long born on June 20, 1952, was called home to be with our Lord on January 27, 2016. She is survived by her three children: A son, Danny Johnson(Valerie), two daughters Betty Johnson(Martin), & Brenda Johnson, ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She is also survived by three brothers: Arthur Aranda(Jovita), John Edward Aranda(Becky), and Jesse Aranda(MaryAnn)and three sisters: Margaret Dunn(Matt), Mary Hametner(Craig), and Diane Curtis(Fred). She is also survived by her Aunt Lillie MiIler who was like a sister, along with many cousins, nephews and nieces. Carmen fought a long courageous battle with cancer and now she is rejoicing in heaven with her mother Esiquiel Aranda, father Juan Aranda and brother Fred Aranda who preceded her to HIS kingdom. Carmen was a Godly woman and had a big heart. She cared for everyone but especially loved her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed gardening and caring for her plants and flowers just like her mother. She also loved watching her soap (Days of our Lives) which she did till her last day! She will be missed dearly but we know that she is in heaven and is no longer suffering or in pain.
