MSGT Bobby Renard Sr.

MSGT Bobby G. Renard Sr., passed away November 22, 2018 at home. He was born March 12, 1932 to John Franklin and Hazel Mary Renard. Bobby went on to join the United States Air Force in 1952. He met and then married the love of his life, Anita, on November 3, 1962. They had two children, Bobby Jr. and and daughter Yolanda Renard. They had one grandson, Bobby, who was the light of Bobby's life. He held a Bachelor of Arts degree and worked in various government jobs after military retirement. He will be remembered as a wonderful father, a devoted husband, and friend to many. Bobby enjoyed life and loved people. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Hazel; brothers, Edward Renard, Marion Renard, Billy Renard; sister, Sarathna Renard and his beloved granddaughter, Lea Revie. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, his son Bobby Jr and his daughter-in-law Andrea, his daughter Yolanda, his grandson Bobby III; three sister-in-laws, Ann Papproth, Lillian Cross, and Rosa Duke; nine nieces, Denise Dearduff, Rosemary Brown, Connie Renard, Janet Papproth, Zabrina Schaefer, Captain Carrie Papproth, Lucy Duke, and Angelica Duke; four nephews, Ray Duke, Louis Duke, Jose Duke, and Michael Renard; and numerous friends. He loved them all and will be greatly missed. Bobby will be interred at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery after a family committal service.
