Isaac Salas passed away at the age of 89 on February 13, 2012. Isaac was raised in Grand Junction, Colorado and attended the local schools there. He later joined the U.S. Army, and served our country during World War II. He later married Alice Trujillo and to this union two sons were born, Bobby Salas(deceased) and Stevie Salas. Isaac worked as a miner in Bingham Canyon, Utah. He later worked for Union Corbide In Murray City, Utah Isaac was preceded in death by his parents, four siblings: Theresa Salas Flores, Juanita Salas, Manuel Salas and Jenaro Salas and his son, Bobby Salas. His memory will be cherished by his son, Stevie Salas;, grandsons, Robert I. Schwarz, III, Labron Schwarz, Dominic Salas and Travis Salas; his siblings, Augustine Salas, Ruth Salas Lopez, and Jesse Salas along with numerous relatives and friends.
