Josephine Parker
November 28, 1944 ~ March 7, 2016
Josephine was born on November 28, 1944 in San Antonio, Texas. She went to be with the Lord on Monday, March 7, 2016 at the age of 71. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Parker; parents, Juan and Serafina Chavez; son, Jimmy Reyna and sister, Cecilia Castillo. In Josephine's younger life she married Mike Reyna, they had 19 years of marriage and shared 7 wonderful children. She then later married the love of her life, Jerry, they enjoyed 35 wonderful years of marriage and had 3 additional wonderful children! Josephine was a member of Greater Lincoln Park Temple, where she served on the usher board and choir. Josephine will be remembered as a wonderful mother, loving grandmother but most of all as a servant of God! She is survived by her children; Annie Cepeda (Hector), Mike Reyna, Tina Cruz (David), Nancy Tovar (Mago), Elizabeth Reyna, Diana Staudinger (Eric), Christopher Parker (April), Belinda Parker, Margaret Parker; 35 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren and 5 nieces and nephews. She will be missed by all who knew her.

so sorry to know of the passing of Aunt Josie. She was deeply loved..
To the friends and family of Josephine Parker…I came across a scripture found in God’s word the Bible in the book of Acts 24:15 which reads: And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.
