As a father, no one could top him. Although he did not teach me the tools to be handy around the home, my dad provided me with tools much more important in how to be a good husband and father to my children. Anyone could learn how to fix things by picking up a book or watching a how to show, but the responsibilities as a man can only be taught. There is no book in becoming a man which is something I will take from him forever. Dad was a good husband to my mom, a good father to me and my two sisters as well as being a good grandfather. God decided that he needed my dad more with him at this time. Dad was religious and although I am sad he has departed us, I am truly happy that he finally got his wish in now he can meet God face to face, which is what he wanted. Dad, we will always love you and keep you in our prayers and you will never be forgotten. Your love and smile will truly be missed. Your Son, Joseph
