She took her walk with Christ very serious and attempted to instill the same in all who she came in contact with. Julia was a faithful servant to the Lord until He called her home on Tuesday, December 8, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mertherine Smith and Clemon Hill; one son, Franklin Johnson and two great grandchildren, Quintin Clemon Moore and Raynord Wayne Ellison. She leaves to cherish her memory her best friend, soul mate, husband and father to her children, Alonzo Boone; three dauthers, Sarah Smith, Delores Nichols and Debra Stinson; three sons, David Johnson, Calvin (Angela) Boone, and Alvin (Danette) Boone; nine siblings, Novella White, Shirley Lemelle, Bernice Hampton, Rose Phillips, Nell Smith, Pat Allen, Gladys Bell, Clifton Smith and Leroy Smith. Guestbook

  1. I send my condolences to the family of Mrs. Boone. The ten years+ that I knew her, she was nothing but nice to me. She will be missed. I’m happy to say that the last time I saw her she was smiling and in good spirits. That’s what I will always remember most about her; smiling and laughing.

    With sympathy and love,

    Jeana
