Eledis Haydee Green

Eledis Haydee Green passed on Friday October 9th 2015. She is survived by her four children: Louis, Benjamin, Adan and Ariana and her two Grandchildren Louis Jr. & Julian. An amazing mother, sister, aunt and person; affecting, for the better, the lives of anyone and everyone that met her. She fled war-torn El Salvador at a young age but never forgot her roots. She earned her right to become a citizen of the United States, a country that she loved because it afforded her children opportunities that she never had. She acquired her G.E.D. while simultaneously raising her children alone. An amateur artist, professional mother and constant source of support. Her pride of her own achievements was nothing compared to the pride she felt for her children. Her love knew no bounds, her friendship had no end and her kindness was limitless. She was never happier than when all of her children, her "pollitos", were under one roof, where she knew she could protect them. She will be forever missed and her memory will always be cherised, but she will never be forgotten.
