Guestbook
Dear Marsha and Butch, Since I moved to Lufkin, I keep check on the San Antonio news via the internet. Today, I saw the notice of Pearl’s “graduation to Glory” and thought of those years at Borgfeld Road with all of you. What sweet and fun memories! After all her service on earth, Pearl has surely heard “well done, good and faithful servant!” Until the day when we all join in the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, may the comfort of our Savior be with you all.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to Don and Marsha at this time of bereavement. While we will miss her, we can rejoice that Pearl is in a new body with the Lord.
I will miss her laughter! The stories they would tell when we were together were so much fun to hear. I look forward to seeing her again when we meet in heaven! Much Love to the family! Brenda
My condolences for your loss. I was a classmate with Henry Westrup, Jr., at Collins Garden Elementary School in the 1940’s, briefly, before he transferred to St. Henry’s Elementary. We were good friends and I have always wondered what happened to him in the years hence. I used to save my pennies and go to the Mexiquito Restaurant there on Nogalitos St. where the Westrups made the best Mexican plate you could find, especially the puffy tacos there which others have copied. Hello to all and thanks for the memories.
We will never forget Pearl’s laughter and smile she brought to everyone. Her memories will last forever.
Sylvia, Shirley, Marsha and family. Yolanda and I grew up with you and have such fond memories of our “big sister” Pearl. Your family was always the first ones to do something new (like your indoor pool where we learned to swim) and had many memorable times with all of you. We will miss Pearl.
