Alan Eugene Dillard, age 74, passed away peacefully at his residence in Boerne on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 surrounded by his loving family. Alan was born on June 29, 1935 in Harlingen, TX. Alan served his country proudly in the United States Army. During his professional career, Mr. Dillard was a self-employed auctioneer. He is survived by his loving wife, Jo Anne Dillard of Boerne, daughters; Tracie Kelley of Goliad, TX. Linda Buysse of Boerne, TX. and sons Troy and Tommy Dillard of Victoria, TX. He is preceeded in death by his daughter, Melodie Easley, mother- Doris Dillard and brothers Troy Lee and Richard Dillard. A graveside service is scheduled for 2:00 on Saturday, June 19, 2010 at Memorial Gardens in Victoria, TX.. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to Jo Anne Dillard, P.O. box 1566, Victoria, TX. 77905.

I was so sorry to hear about Alan’s passing. He and Bill were good friends and I know how you feel at this time of sorrow. Please know that my prayers are with you and your family.
