Andy Morales Vargas

Andy Morales Vargas passed away Wednesday, September 25, 2024 in Iowa Colony, Texas at the age 46 from a three-year battle with cancer. He was born August 7, 1978 in Big Spring, Texas.

Andy had a great appreciation for life. He was incredibly strong in every sense of the word. Andy was also brave, funny, and intelligent. He had the most infectious smile. He enjoyed a great game of football, especially when the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Longhorns played. Andy loved spending time with his family and traveling.

He served his country by enlisting in the United States Army. There he rose to the rank of Master Sergeant. After twenty years of service he retired from the military in May of 2023.

He is preceded in death by his father, Efrain Luna Vargas and his brother Anthony Vargas.

Andy leaves behind to cherish his memory his supportive and loving wife, Ravenna Alexandria Vargas; children, Catiana and Keagen Vargas; grandchildren, Briggs Andy Vargas; mother, Irma Pauline Vargas; sister, Rocio Vargas; brother, Lee Vargas and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family. All who will miss him dearly.
