Anselmo Duran passed away peacefully n May 8, 2015 after his battle with cancer. "Ol Sam" as many knew him was born in Anton, Texas, but resided in San Antonio. He worked at Alamo Welding and Boilers for numberous years. He also worked as a welder at Brown and Roots Nuclear Plant in Johnson City, Texas. For the last fifteen years he worked along side his friend Albert doing mechanical work. His favorite past times were hunting in Colorado and Texas with his friends and fishing as well.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Mariano and Inez Duran, three brothers and two sisters.

El Sr. Duran esta en la memoria de Jehová Dios esperando el dÃa en que se cumpla Juan 5:28,29, ” todos los que están en las tumbas conmemorativas oirán su voz,y saldrán ‘. Dios promete una resurrección. La muerte es solo una breve pausa a la vida. Que esta promesa les ayude a superar su dolor.
