Antonio "Tony" Correa, beloved brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend passed away peacefully in his home & went to be with the Lord on April 5, 2010 at the age of 57 after a courageous fight with diabetes and heart disease. He was born on June 6, 1952 in New Braunfels, TX and resided in San Antonio, TX. Antonio is survived by devoted sisters; Gloria Slater & Lupe Tijerina, aunt, uncle, nieces, nephews, cousins, & his loving chihuahuas. He is preceded in death by devoted mother, Angelita (Correa) Gonzales, his father Cruz Gonzales, and brothers; Jesse, Juan, Gabriel, Gilbert, Pedro, and Lancho. Antonio was a loving spirit with great faith in the Lord. He loved gardening, spending time with his family, and his chihuahuas. He was a blessing to all who knew him and he will be greatly missed. A heartfelt thank you to his neighbors for looking out for him. Family and friends are encouraged to attend a memorial service honoring Antonio Correa on Monday, April 12, 2010 11:00 am.
