On June 17, 2025, our hearts were filled with both the deepest love and unimaginable sorrow as we welcomed our beautiful baby boy, Chase Archangel Sanchez, into the world — a precious soul born sleeping, but forever alive in our hearts.

Born to Nicholas and Abigail Sanchez, Chase came into this world weighing 4 pounds, 8 ounces, measuring 17.25 inches long, with the softest skin and the chunkiest cheeks that everyone instantly fell in love with. Though his time on Earth was far too brief, his presence left an everlasting impact on those who awaited his arrival with joyful hearts and open arms.

Chase was already cherished by many — family, friends, and a community of love that had been preparing for his arrival with excitement and hope. His life, though short, was full of purpose. He brought people together in love, reminded us of the fragility of life, and deepened the meaning of every breath we take.

He was the proud little sibling to three loyal and loving family pups — Nibby, Peyton, and Chief Sanchez, who were ready to stand guard and playmate by his side. We just know they would’ve adored him as much as we do.

Had Chase grown up with us, we know he would have been a bold spirit, full of heart and humor. We imagine him running through the backyard in a tiny jersey, football in hand, cheering on his beloved Texas Longhorns on Saturdays and the Denver Broncos on Sundays, side by side with his dad. We believe he would’ve been kind, strong, and full of laughter — a fine man in the making.

Chase is survived by his devoted parents, Nicholas and Abigail, who will carry his memory with them always, along with grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless loved ones who eagerly awaited the moment to meet him.

Though we never heard his cry or saw his eyes open, Chase’s life speaks volumes. He is loved beyond words, missed beyond measure, and remembered every day. He will forever be our baby, our angel, our “what could have been,” and our “what still is” — for love like his never truly leaves.

“Sometimes the smallest things take up the most room in your heart.” – A.A. Milne

Sleep well, sweet Chase. We’ll carry you with us — always.
