Ms. Debra Darline (Houston) Jones was born September 9, 1952, to the late Onia Mae (Wilson) Dotson and the late Rev. Carl Cecil Houston in San Antonio, Texas. She passed away in her hometown on May 22, 2025, of natural causes. She attended San Antonio schools and graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in May 1971. She became an MHMR Aide and worked at various hospitals and nursing homes. She was loved and will be dearly missed.
