We are so very sorry to hear about Miss Neal; We are sorry she is gone but grateful she is no longer suffering. She made a huge impact on our work and she remains much beloved by many people in our community. \ Please accept our apology for not being able to attend her service; we had a major fire in our main building on Monday, January 11, 2010 and ironically, the conference room we named in her honor was one of the spaces most affected by the fire.

We will alwsys remember Miss Neal for her humor, beautiful smile, work ethic, and courage.
