Eddie Reed Jr. was born on May 31, 1942 to Eddie Reed Sr. and Dycie Anne Minor. He loved to socialize, never turning down a good party or the opportunity to dress up. He was nick named BABY EDDIE by his family after being named after his father. He was a very proud man that loved his family and was passionate about his faith.
He is survived by his sister Roycelyn Hill and brother in-Law Larry Hill. Children Moya Mahoney, Sashi McCuller, Nathan Minor, and Tony Pilling. He had 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren (with a 10th coming in December of 2024); Nieces: Aisha Forks, Cynthia Maldonado-Willis, Diana Maldonado; sister-in-law: Michelle Reed, and many cousins.
He is preceded in death by his mother: Dycie Anne Greene, father: Eddie Reed Sr., and brother: Simon Reed.

To Moya, Sashi,Nathan and Tony I am saddened to hear about the passing of your dad. I have very fond memories of playing at your grandmothers house when Sashi and Moya would come down during the summers. Nathan and I were classmates at Highlands. My prayers and condolences go out to you guys🙏🏽
