Elva Azucena Lopez, born on May 19th, 1952, passed away peacefully at her home on February 9th, 2026, surrounded by love. She was 73 years old.

 

Survived by her Husband, Ralph Cantu Lopez, and two Sons, Ralph and Erik Lopez.

Daughter In Law, Raquel Gallegos. Grandkids, Sophia and Jeremiah Lopez, Jared and Abraham Guerrero. Grandson Elijah Lopez and his family. Felicia Longoria and Great Grandkids, Elijah Lopez, Jr. and Elias Lopez., Roxanne Vasquez Many other family and friends in Mexico, Texas and Florida.

 

Elva had a love and passion for plants, finding joy and peace in nurturing and watching them grow. Her garden reflected her gentle spirit and care.

 

She also loved spending time at Flea Markets and Garage Sales with family and friends. Whether she was buying or selling, she always enjoyed discovering small treasures and sharing stories.

 

Cooking was another one of her passions. She always cooked with love, filling her kitchen with comforting aromas and bringing the family together around the table. After dinner she enjoyed playing Loteria, too. She always brought her own homemade cards to gatherings.

 

Elva was also a devoted wife to Ralph for 46 years with whom she shared a life built on love, partnership and commitment.

 

She will be remembered for her kindness, generosity and the quiet ways she made life more beautiful for those around her. She was someone special and will never be forgotten.
