Frances Navarro Cervantes

Frances Navarro Cervantes, born October 3, 1928, went to be with our Lord and savior on December 7, 2017 at the age of 89, peacefully at her home surrounded by family. She was born to her parents by Sylviano and Alvina Navarro. Frances was proceeded in death by her husband, Valentin Cervantes; her three sons, Robert Cervantes, James Cervantes, and Frank Cervantes; and brother, Rudolph Navarro. She is survived by her children, Sonjia Ramirez, Lamar Flores (Carlos), and Victor Cervantes; siblings, Raymond Navarro, Michael Navarro, Dolores N. Sanchez, Richard Navarro, Andrew Navarro, Mary Lou Thompson (Robert), Yvonne Iversen , and Sylvia Stapleton (Bill); 11 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great grandchildren. She will live forever in the hearts of her family and friends. Visitation will be held for Frances 5:00-7:00 PM, Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at St. Patrick Catholic Church (1114 Willow St, San Antonio, TX 78208), with the rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM. Mass will be celebrated 11:00 AM, Thursday, December 14th at St. Patrick Catholic Church. Interment will be in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at a later date.
