Frank Moeller Hogan passed away Thursday, May 15, 2014 in San Antonio, TX at the age of 83. He was born July 3, 1930 in San Antonio, TX. Frank is survived by his loving children; John Hogan (Teri), Laurie Hogan, and Julie Anne Helmick (Lon). He also leaves behind many other family and friends. A graveside memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 29, 2014 at Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to any charity of your choice.
