Sue: Our prayers and thoughts are with you and your sons. George was a wonderful person and a good friend and now he is out of pain and peaceful at last.
Uncle George was a wonderful, thoughtful person. He would do anything for anyone. Even though I was an “outlaw” in the family he made me feel welcome and loved. We really had fun times playing cards and talking when Aunt Sue and Uncle George came to De Soto. I will miss his smile and his teasings. Love, Chris
I am very sorry for your loss. I have many fond memories of spending time with Aunt Sue and Uncle George when they would come to visit. I am sad that we no longer have him here with us, but I am happy that he is in a better place. He will be greatly missed! Love, Jennifer (Long) Lee
I am very sorry for you loss. The rich laughs and smiling face of Uncle George will always stay with me and my family. You are in my thoughts and prayers. With much love, Alisa Long
Dear Raleigh Family, My condolences to all of you at this sad time of George’s death. He was a classmate and all-around good person. I will remember him in my prayers. Best wishes, Virginia Collins

Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Iam glad that Uncle George was able to spend happy times with his family.
My prayers and thoughts are with you at this time. I am far away, but I will always remember the times we all spent together in Germany. May God bless each of you. Sallie
Dad, I still love and miss you. It’s hard to believe it has been 12 years. Thanks for raising me to be the man that I am. Kim and I still remember her introduction into the world of Colorado elk hunting when you slid down the hillside with your harvested elk inadvertently getting wrapped around 1 of your boots.
