Grace Patricia Hernandez was born March 17, 1966 to Humberto and Angelita Hernandez in Big Spring, TX. She passed away May 9, 2018 in San Antonio, TX. She loved music, dancing, and above all, her family. She will be remembered by those close to her as the life of the party. She is survived by her children, Desiree Palomo and Brandon Salman; her grandchild, Gabriel Contreras; her parents, Humberto and Angelita Hernandez; her sister, Brenda Hernandez; and her brother, Humberto Hernandez II.
