Ignacio O. Benavides, age 73, passed away June 29, 2013 in San Antonio, Texas. Ignacio was a very loving person, he was a wonderful father, a caring husband and brother. Ignacio was known by many as a hard worker. When he was not working, he liked to travel with his wife in their camper. Ignacio was a typical Mexican, he loved to dance to tejano and conjunto music. He will be missed by many. Ignacio is preceded in death by his parents Sotero and Lamar Benavides. He is survived by his wife Guadalupe Benavides; Sons: Orlando Benavides and Joseph Benavides; Daughter: Lisa Conway; Sister: Magdelena Meir; and 3 grandchildren. Also surviving are 6 step-children and numerous nieces and nephews.
