Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I’ll always remember the knowledge he shaired with me. Deer hunting together was some of the best times of my life. Jim is a sweet person and one of the few “real” cowboys out there. He’ll be missed but never forgotten.

  2. Thank you Jim for all the love you brought our family. I miss you dearly and look forward to the day we can go find the horses together! “We little knew that morning that God was going to call your name. In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone; for part of us went with you the day God called you home. You left us peaceful memories, your love is still our guide, and though we cannot see you, you are always by our side. Our family chain is broken and nothing seems the same, but as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.” ~Ron Tranmer

  3. We will truly miss Jim. He proudly served his country, was a great Dad, Grandpa and Great-grandpa. There wasn’t a person in this world who didn’t love Jim and Lord knows we loved him dearly! We cherish fond memories of our time with Jim, now the Lord has embraced him. We were blessed to know and love Jim as-well as honored by each minute we got with him. Isaiah 40:18-31 Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

  4. Jim will be greatly missed. We will meet in heaven one day! He is now with our Father and Lord, where his hurts and pains are no longer endured, happiness and joy abound. May God be with you Wanda as you go through this pain. Keep your heart and head up, knowing with time Jesus will heal your hurt. Love you all!

  5. The family will miss Jim very much, he was loved by all. I am very glad to have known Jim. The last time I saw him was at the camp and Jon cooked his favorite breakfast, Pancakes and Maple syrup. Wish I had know him better. I understand he had some very interesting adventures as a young man. May he rest in Peace. Ron

  6. Dad, thanks for all you have done and taught us. So many great times together has enriched our lives. May you look after the camp and find your herd of horses in heaven. I love you and God Bless You. Jon

  7. Jim was the best Gardner I know. He made my first garden a great experience with all of his tips and helpful hits. He knew exactly how to plant each vegetable and what to do to make it grow. Jim was the BEST Papa in the world. I loved being one of his “Littl darlin’s”. I will miss you Jim, but know you are in a much better place, watching over all of us.

  8. My deepest condolences on the loss of Jim to Wanda, Jon and Robert and the entire Ritchie family and to Kim and her husband and to Jess. Also, my sincerest sympathy to all of Jim’s siblings and the entire Springer family. Jim had too heavy a burden to bear with so many illnesses and it is comforting to know that he now rests comfortably.
