Jo Elizabeth Pringle

Our beloved Jo Elizabeth Horton Pringle entered eternal rest on Feb. 3, 2024, at the age of 80.

She was born on Nov. 8, 1943, in Crystal City, Texas, to Elmer D. Horton and Emma Elizabeth Ivey Horton.

Jo was a loving mother, grandmother, and companion.

She married her husband, Glenn Pringle, in October 1974. They shared a wonderful union of 29 years until he passed on Sept. 11, 2004.

Jo was a homemaker with a heart of gold. She was a caregiver to many family members and friends during hardships and times of transition.

In her free time, she enjoyed gardening, tending to her yard, sewing, cooking for family gatherings, traveling, numerous outdoor activities, helping others, being a consultant for Mary Kay beauty products, and spending time with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her beloved sweetheart, Galen Weber.

“Her presence we miss, her memories we treasure, loving you always, forgetting you never.”

She is preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Emma Horton; husband Glenn Pringle; brother Edwin Wayne Horton; her son Dennis Daberko; and grandson Kevin Daberko.

She leaves to cherish in her memory fiancé, Galen Weber; children: son, Steven Daberko and daughter, Kelly Ferguson; grandchildren: Michelle Cato and husband, Jerry, Melissa Burch and husband, Darrell, Dana Ferguson, and Brant Ferguson; great-grandchildren: Jeremy, Trapper, Bo, Hunter, Zoey, Wyndi and Dixie; along with many friends and family.

There are no pending or future services per Jo’s wishes. The family requests that in her remembrance (honor), to kindly donate to your favorite organization.
