Leslie Ray Ueckert, a loving and caring father, brother, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away on December 6, 2025, in his hometown of San Antonio, Texas. He was born on October 22, 1948 where he lived a full life grounded in family, hard work, and the passions that brought him joy.

Throughout his life, Leslie was known for his warm spirit, steady presence, and the genuine kindness he showed to everyone who crossed his path. 1. First of all, I am deeply sorry for your loss. I just want to let you know that Leslie was a life long friend of my brother, Ricky Brown. They met at Kiddie City while racing slot cars. That friendship flowed over to all our family. It seemed he had became one of the family. He went on vacations with us. I was only a toddler, but remember him well. His boisterous laugh would echo throughout. Always fun. All the buddys joined the national guard together. When my brother had his accident, he was at the hospital everyday. I will always be thankful for that. My family has always had nothing but love for him. He and Ricky are together again. Fly high our dear friend.
