Patricia Baggs Zapata

Patricia Zapata was called home to our Lord on Wednesday May 20, 2015. Pat was born on April 24, 1955 to Leroy and Betty Baggs in San Antonio, TX. She was a devoted, wife, mother, sister, and "Nana". When she wasn't spending time with her beloved family she enjoyed playing BINGO with her extended family and visiting the Coushatta Casino in Kinder Louisiana. Pat was preceded in death by a daughter who passed away at birth and her parents. Although her time on Earth was relatively short she left a lasting impression on all who knew her. Among them are her husband Edward Zapata of San Antonio; daughter Misty Salesberry, fianc Jason Allen, and grandson Colton Lenz of San Antonio, TX; son Jason Salesberry, wife Laurien, and grandchildren Olivia and Mason of New Braunfels, TX; brother Richard Baggs, wife LuRae, and nephews Butch and Tim of Boerne, TX; and a host of many other family members and friends.

My dear friend you will be truly missed but I’ve been blessed to have many memories of our time together especially the wonderful time we had at your wedding in Vegas. May the Lord send his angels to comfort your family at this very sad and difficult time.
