Patricia J. Speer passed away September 29, 2021. She was born February 25, 1947 in San Antonio, Texas to Don Pride and Wilma Varga. Patricia was a caregiver throughout her life, she enjoyed taking care of others and helping anyone in need. Patricia is preceded in death by her parents and her beloved husband, Arthur Charles Speer.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Dana P. Speer-Riedel, John Speer, Leelah Speer and Glynis Dixon; three stepchildren, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, relatives and friends.

Meme was the kindest, most loving person I’ve ever known. I’m so appreciative to have her as my mom. Meme was there when my own mom wasn’t even there for me. her and papa adopted me at 11 even though I’ve lived with her my whole life. and that was by far the best day of my life, I remember getting cupcakes after that and celebrating. She had the kindest soul and was always there for me when I needed her. I wish I had cherished the moments with her longer. I miss you more every day and my heart wasn’t ready for you to go so soon.
