Mrs. Paulette A Tynes

Ms. Paulette Angela Tynes was born on May 4, 1957, in San Antonio, Texas, to Howard and Mabel Tynes. She peacefully departed this life on March 9, 2026, leaving behind a lasting legacy of love, generosity, and devotion to her family, friends, and community.

Paulette was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose warmth and caring spirit touched everyone who knew her. She found great joy in spending time with her children, grandchildren, and extended family. Her home was often filled with laughter, heartfelt conversations, and the comforting aromas of the meals she lovingly prepared.

She dedicated over 30 years of service to the community through her work with the City of San Antonio Parks and Recreation Department. Through her dedication, she helped support programs that benefited countless families and youth throughout the city.

She leaves to cherish her memory her beloved children, Carlos Tynes and Flatina Tynes; her treasured thirteen grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family members and friends who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.

Ms. Tynes will be remembered for her straightforward nature, her kindness, her strength, and the unconditional love she shared with everyone around her. Her beautiful spirit and the memories she created will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
