  1. So very sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Rene will be missed dearly.

  2. My cousin was special. He loved God. He loved us. All children of Josefina Aja Gonzalez. Rest in peace loved one. You met Jesus. We will meet at The River. You left foot prints in our hearts. You are a Joy. AC,& Elma Cortines Tomball, Texas

  3. Coach Aja was a good man. I met him when I was in Jr. High at Balch Springs Christian. I also had the opportunity to coach against him a few times..was always very nice. RIP COACH.

  4. I have only happy memories of Bro. Aja. He taught my Spanish class at BSCA. I recall that he was very patient with our class and had a real passion for teaching us.

I’m so sorry for your loss. May God comfort you in this time.

  5. I worked with Coach Aja at Metropolitan Christian School, He love the kids who played for him, never heard him say a bad word about any of them. Every thing he did had to be just right, this is one of the traits that made him a good coach. He loved 6 man football, took some kids who had only played for a couple of years to the State Championship. When he said he was going to do something, don’t worry about it because it would be done.

  6. I first met Coach Aja when I was in 8th grade at BSCA. He nicknamed me Captain. He found me praying as I was gathering my books after chapel one day. He was always there to coat me through whatever was bothering me. He was a great man. I am so sorry for your loss.

  7. So sorry for your loss he was a great coach and Christian man. He taught us a lot at Brook Hollow Christian School. Praying for God’s healing hands on your hearts

  8. So long, dear Bro Rene. Jeremiah and Nathan, your dad was my friend when we worked together at Brookhollow. We’ll see him “in the morning”.
