She is survived by her children Tony Tarrant, Sheila Delgado, Danny Castañon, Nancy White, Norma Ramos, Albert Rosales, 10 Grandchildren, 21 Great Grandchildren, and 1 Great-Great Grandchild. Rosie loved all of her family and will be missed dearly by her family and all that has known her.
