Siobvan Antoinette Hardie

siobvan hardie
Siobvan Antoinette Hardie was born on October 7, 1985, in San Antonio, Texas, to the parents of Chris and Ray Anthony Hardie. At the young age of 4, Siobvan relocated to the state of New Jersey where she attended pre-school, Brigantine Elementary, and Atlantic City Middle School. A year later, Siobvan was baptized at Shiloh Baptist Church by Pastor James Washington, who presided at the time. Siobvan regularly attended church with her mother and grandmother until moving back to Texas. Siobvan accepted Christ in her life as her Lord and Savior at the tender age of 6 and has never wavered nor has she ever doubted Gods promise for everlasting life. She graduated from East Central High School with honors and many talents; moving on to attend San Antonio College to study Social Services and Fine Arts. Siobvan always enjoyed working in the theatre, as cast and/or crew and did so at the San Pedro Play House. Siobvan grew to be the selfless woman she was through her work; starting with receiving the coveted Tim Duncan Award for Selflessness and Honor Roll. She was bonded by the FBI and began working at EZ Pawn; then at BBUA Compass Bank. Siobvans most recent employers were the Center for Disease Detection and Care Net Nursing Call Center. Siobvans favorite pastimes and hobbies were reading, oil painting, and writing short stories. Siobvan was preceded in death by her grandparents, Albert and Elisa Hardie, as well as her great grandmother Gussie L. Swaner, her aunts Patricia Williams, Joyce Thomas, Marya Cole, and uncles George E. Speed and Danny Speed. Siobvan leaves to cherish her mother and father, Chris and Ray Anthony Hardie; grandmother Gussie L. Speed; sister Sabrina R. Roberts and brothers Ramone Jazaine, Rayshawn, Trevon M, and Adrian Hardie; along with a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends; including a dear high school friend she recently was blessed to reconnect with, Evara Manning. Siobvan Antoinette Hardie peacefully entered eternal heavenly rest on October 14, 2017. Siobvan has always been special, and she will be deeply and truly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.

Guestbook

  1. My condolence to the family of Siobvan Hardie. It seems so unfair that death should take someone that we love but we can take comfort in the hope the Bible has for us. John 5: 28, 29 speaks of a time when the memorial tombs will be opened. This resurrection is based on the ransom sacrifice of Christ Jesus. This brings joy to all of us.

  2. We are confident I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the lord. 2CO 5:8

  3. I pray the many happy memories of Siobvan will in time, overcome the sadness and pain that have accompanied you all in this trying time. Siobvan was a beautiful, fun-loving person. I miss her immensely. Please accept my heartfelt condolences.

  4. Blessed art Thou, O Lord …Give rest, O God, to the souls of Thy servant, and set her in Paradise, where the choirs of the Saints and the Just shine like the stars.

  5. You will be missed rest in peace love God called home a beautiful angel spread your wings love you are with your father in Christ my condolences
