Tanya Benavidez

Tanya Benavidez, a native of San Antonio, passed away on November 23, 2010 in Houston at the age of 35. Tanya was born in San Antonio on January 12, 1975 to Ramona and Silvester King. Christened at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church in San Antonio, by her godparents Mable and the late Robert Richardson, Tanya will be missed by all who ever met her. She will be kept in the memories of her parents, Silvester and Ramona King; son, Trayvonce W. Wright, Jr.; daughters, Markeisha and Trinity Holland; brother, Silvester King, Jr.; sisters, Sophia Lenzy, Tracy Showers and Tanora King; godmother, Mable Richardson; ex-husband, Markeith Holland and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, along with countless friends and co-workers. In addition, the family would like to thank the staff at Memorial Hermann Hospital in Katy for their kind help and generosity. Visitation with the family is scheduled from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, December 2, 2010 at the Meadowlawn Tribute Center, 5415 E. Houston St. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM on Friday, December 3, 2010 at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, 2157 Burnet St. All services will end at the church.
