Tommy D Curtis

Tommy D. Curtis, age 92, gained his heavenly wings on March 19, 2021. He was born on July 2, 1929 in Weldon, Texas. Tommy worked for the City of San Antonio at the Hemisphere, Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, and for Fort Sam in the maintenance department as a custodian, retiring after 20+ years. In his spare time, he enjoyed working on cars, and always looked forward to having his favorite sweets, Vanilla wafers and his orange sodas. Tommy also loved traveling, one of his favorite destinations being Las Vegas. He had a calm and loving spirit and just enjoyed the finer things in life. Tommy will be deeply missed by all whom knew and loved him dearly. He is preceded in death his siblings. He leaves to cherish his children: Tony Curtis (Shrika Bacon), Carl Curtis, Johnny Curtis, Bobby Curtis, George Curtis, and Linda Curtis; numerous grandchildren and greatgrandchildren, and many other close relatives and friends.
