Wilda Upkins
December 29, 1949 ~ April 12, 2015
Wilda Upkins was born in McComb, Mississippi to Lethann and Hubert Upkins, on December 29, 1949. She graduated from Wheatley Senior High School in San Antonio, Texas. Wilda also attended UCLA.
She worked as a House Manger for RMI residential for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents, five sisters, five brothers and son, Edward Allen Miller.
She leaves to cherish her memory one sister, Ida Tanner and one brother, Hubert (Toby) Upkins; two children, daughter America Funston and son, Bradford McVea. Five grandchildren; Greg Hoffman, Dominique Miller, Joseph Funston, IV, Alia Miller and Aria Funston along with a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and very close friends.
