Lt.Carter or as We knew him-Mr. Bill Carter—I will miss you forever and I thank you for the many times that you honored my home by coming over for Thanksgiving Dinner—it was an honor to know you, especially knowing that you were an ELVIS fan like myself. I am so sorry that I missed your passing on to heaven’s rewards but I had a sister that was gravely ill at the same time and I took care of her at home fromJanuary to March 11 when she also passed on to her glory with God. I went by the house but your neighbor Ms. Rodriguez told me of your passing. I wish that I could have met your family besides Mr. Butch and hopefully someone scattered your ashes with him like you always wanted. See you guys again soon– Love, Elvira veda Ramirez
