Robert Neal Strambler was born on September 1, 1957, to Samuel Charles Strambler and Emma B. Jenkins in San Antonio, Texas. Robert Neal was the fourth of seven children. Robert joined the army in 1976 and served for several years. When he returned to San Antonio, Robert met and married his wonderful wife of 32 years, Sandra Lynn Prosser. Robert will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by his loving family. He was preceded in death by his parents Samuel Charles Strambler, Jr. and Emma Bell Jenkins and his two brothers Gregory Anthony Strambler and John David Strambler.
Robert leaves cherished memories with a host of family to include: (wife) Sandra Strambler; (daughter) TyShawn Hughes; (Brother) Rasul Obadiah Amenhotep; (Sisters) Athie Johnson; Janice Davis (Randy) and Muezetta Robinson; two (grandchildren) Cepresia Ingram and Imani Ingram; brother-in-Law, Chester Prosser, Jr. and Sister-in-Law, Darla Riley (Gary). Robert also leaves precious memories to a host of nieces, nephews’ relatives, and friends.
Robert was loved most by those who knew him best and he never hesitated or held his tongue when he felt there was something that you needed to know. Robert always made people laugh and we will miss his humor!
