James Ryan Lozano, a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend, passed away the afternoon of September 4, 2026, at the age of 16. Though his time on this earth was far too short, James made a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him. His unique personality, pure heart, and genuine way of caring for others will forever remain a cherished part of his family’s memories.

James was born on November 28, 2009, to his loving parents, Natalio Lozano III and Lori Nichol Garza. From a young age, James had a special way about him. He was caring and considerate, always thinking of others, and had a heart that was truly pure. He was also a natural jokester who could bring laughter into a room and make those around him smile with his humor and unmistakable personality.

James had many interests and passions that brought him happiness. He had a deep love for animals and cherished his fur baby, Harley, who held a very special place in his heart. He enjoyed gaming, playing the drums, and playing guitar, allowing his creativity and personality to shine through the things he loved most. Whether he was making music, enjoying his favorite games, spending time with animals, or simply being himself, James had a way of making ordinary moments memorable.

Above all, James was deeply loved. His family will remember him for his kindness, his humor, his individuality, and the genuine care he showed toward the people and animals he held close. He departed this earth far too soon, leaving behind a lifetime of memories that will be treasured forever.

James is preceded in death by his grandfather, Roger Garza; and great-grandparents, Natalio Lozano, Mary Gale Campos, and Longinos Campos.

Left to cherish James’s memory are his parents, Natalio Lozano III and Lori Nichol Garza; his only sibling, Natalio Lozano IV; grandparents, Charlotte Campos, Natalio Lozano II, and Nanette Garza; aunts, Judy Garza and Rebecca Pinon; uncles, Anthony Lozano and his wife Laura, Mark Lozano, Christopher Lozano, Roger Garza, Jr., and Richard Valdez; and his beloved cousins, Paul Pinon, Isabella Acosta, Mini Mae, Jeremiah Garza, Donnell Williams Jr., Mia, Aria, Anthony Lozano Jr., and Austin. He also leaves behind his beloved fur baby, Harley.

James may have only been with his family for 16 years, but the love he gave and the memories he created will last a lifetime. His laughter, his jokes, his music, his kindness, and his one-of-a-kind personality will never be forgotten. Though he left this world much too soon, James Ryan Lozano will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him.
