In Loving Memory of Laura R. Swintek

November 10, 1966 – October 17, 2026

Laura R. Swintek was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend whose life was filled with love, laughter, and a spirit that brought something special to the people around her.

Laura had a way of bringing joy into everyday moments, and she treasured the time she spent with the people closest to her. Above all, her grandchildren held a special place in her heart, and spending time with them was one of the things she loved most.

Laura found happiness in the simple joys of life. She enjoyed her work as a Mental Health Medical Billing Representative and Office Manager at Psyquel Solutions, where she was dedicated and often mentored her colleagues. In her free time, she liked gambling, relaxing at the beach, reading, and planning future trips. Christmas was her favorite holiday, and she loved making memories with her loved ones. She enjoyed decorating the house so much that it sometimes took her a week to finish.

Those who knew Laura will remember her loving spirit, her sense of humor, her kindness, and the memories they shared. Her family will always cherish the time they had with her and keep her memory alive.

Laura was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Elmo and Alta Albert. Laura is survived by her beloved husband of 37 years, Mike Swintek; her daughters, Ashley Harris (Kevin) and Gena Hinesley; her grandchildren, Cole, Nilayah, Zander, Zoey, and Amethyst; her sister, Cathy Ross (Johnnie); her uncle and aunt Edwin and Harriet Albert; her cousin Robert Albert; her nephews, William Barnes (Leslie) and Dayne Swintek; her mother-in-law, Patricia Swintek, and her brother-in-law, Kevin Swintek (Elizabeth).

Laura’s passing leaves a deep emptiness in the hearts of those who loved her, but the love and memories she shared will always be part of their lives. She will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever held close by her family.
