Pauline A. Weaver, 96, went to be with the Lord July 12, 2018. She was born on January 12, 1922 to Juan and Lydia Arriaga in San Antonio, Texas. Pauline married the love of her life, John Weaver, in 1945.Pauline always loved cooking, especially for her family. She owned a restaurant and passed the love of cooking to her son Charles, who opened a restaurant of his own, The Lords Kitchen. Pauline helped her son out in the kitchen making their famous burger patties. She was a member of Westlawn Baptist Church for many years. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and will be dearly missed by her family and all those who came to know her.
She is preceded in death by her husband, John Weaver, and her parents, Juan and Lydia; and her youngest daughter, Pauline.
She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth (Charles) Coffee; sons, John ( Mary Helen) Weaver, James (Norma) Weaver, Henry (Annie) Weaver, and Charles (Lilly) Weaver; brothers, Martin Arriaga, Mauricio Tito Arriaga, and Louis Arriaga; sister, Mary Arriaga; her 14 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild. She is also survived by a host of family and friends.
