Imogene "Gigi" T. Williams

Imogene "GiGi" Williams, returned to her heavenly home on July 22, 2017. She was very devoted to her belief in God and her family. GiGi was born to the late Eli and Dora Thomas in Yoakum, TX on March 11, 1929. She confessed her faith in Christ at an early age at Nebo Baptist Church in Hockein,TX under Rev Born Ford. She attended grade school in Concrete, TX. She married her only Love, Leo Williams in 1951 and they created their one and only love child Carolyn Williams, born October 22, 1951. They moved to San Antonio, TX in 1951. She worked as a housekeeper and caregiver. She attended school at St. Phillip's college to become a Nursing Assistant. She then gave N.E. Baptist Hospital 17 years of service, taking care of the sick. She attended New Union Missionary Baptist Church and gave them over 60 years of Godly service. GiGi loved church, family, gardening, traveling, working in the yard, and eating fried chicken. She will be dearly missed by her loved ones, who celebrate the fact that she is at peace with her Savior.
